Module 2

Parenting & Decision-Making

Best interests of the child, parenting time, and drafting parenting plans.

Module 3

Child & Spousal Support

The Federal Child Support Guidelines, income determination, and spousal support advisory ranges.

Module 4

Property Division

Exempt vs. divisible property, valuation dates, and financial disclosure.

Module 5

Resolution & Advocacy

Negotiation, mediation, separation agreements, and preparing for court applications.

Upon completion

Certificate of Completion

Each module includes written feedback from a practising Alberta lawyer. Finish all five to receive your certificate.
